Flatwoods staff has worked on behalf of local municipalities and regional water supply authorities for many years. We are registered as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with many of the city and county governments in our area. Projects have included assistance with Habitat Conservation Plans (HCP); land management planning and implementation; gopher tortoise surveys, permitting, and relocation; assistance with planning educational facilities and nature trails; as well as the long-term ecological monitoring of water-supply wellfields.
